Innlanz Limited (ASX: INL) (formerly Mediland Pharm Limited) is a Sydney-based company listed on the Australian Securities Exchange. The Company began its journey over 19 years ago focusing on providing the best of Australian and New Zealand health and well-being products to the discerning customer, both local and international visitor alike, at exceptional value. By 2020, the Company was servicing the needs of thousands of visitors annually from China via its five retail outlets in Sydney, Melbourne, the Gold Coast and New Zealand.

Then the Covid-19 pandemic hit, and international and local travel all but ceased. As with any adversity, opportunities arise, and, just like many organisations across the globe, Innlanz diversified its operations into the hospitality sector by acquiring its first hotel, Heartland the Ambassador Hotel Hamilton in New Zealand. The hotel maintained strong occupancy rates throughout the pandemic, thanks to New Zealand’s ability to maintain an open and Covid-free lifestyle.

Innlanz’s much vaunted health and wellbeing retail operations are currently suspended, pending the opening up of local and international borders. In the meantime, we are not standing still. We are currently focused on further expanding our hotel portfolio and sourcing opportunities both in Australia and New Zealand.


ESTABLISHED 2002

Our History


Innlanz Limited (formerly Mediland Pharm) began operations in 2002, by establishing its first retail outlet in Sydney selling health and well-being supplements to international tourists. Soon after, the operations were expanded with additional retail stores opening in both Melbourne and Gold Coast.

On 22 Feb 2019, the Company reached another milestone by listing on the Australian Securities Exchange with the focus on growth to provide an increased range of quality goods and services to its customers, thereby ensuring strong returns to its investors. A significant advance was to establish an on-line platform, allowing customers to continue to obtain the Company’s health and well-being products from their own home.

Always seeking opportunities to expand, with the impact of Covid 19, the Company further diversified its operations by entering into the hospitality sector when it acquired its first hotel in April 2021.

Our Board

Non-Executive Chairman:
Dr Peter French

Biotechnologist, Doctor of Philosophy (PhD), Master of Business Administration (MBA)


Dr French has extensive experience in both basic and clinical medical research in the biotechnology and healthcare industry. Dr French has been a director in both Executive and Non-Executive roles, on the boards of several ASX-listed companies and has held CEO and Managing Director roles in medical research environments within Australia. He was awarded a PhD in 1988 for independent original research in cell and molecular biology and he holds an MBA in Technology Management. In 2015, he was awarded “Innovator of Influence” from the Australian Science and Innovation Forum, and in 2019 he received the University of Sydney’s Faculty of Science Alumni Award for Innovation and Entrepreneurship. Peter is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Medicine and a Fellow of the Royal Society of New South Wales.

Non-Executive Director:
Theo Renard

Chartered Accountant


Mr Renard is a Chartered Accountant and has over 21 years’ experience in credit and relationship banking in commercial and investment banking in South Africa, Asia and Australia. He is an experienced Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary within a retail group environment and manufacturing operations in Asia and the Subcontinent. He is an experienced director, having served on boards of overseas listed companies as well as on an ASX listed company.

Company Director:
Leo Cui

Bachelor of Accounting, Masters of Applied Finance


Mr Cui has substantial experience in Financial Services Industry mainly responsible for Group Dealing, Risk Management, responsibility for compliance with respect to ASIC and specific compliance obligations under Australian Financial Services License. Previous work experience also includes sales and marketing, financial product advice to and dealing with wholesale and retail clients, derivative products and foreign exchange contracts. Mr Cui’s key strength includes his financial services background which has foreign investors in Australian Companies. He also has network and relations in Hong Kong and China

Managing Director:
Yesh Mudaliar

Certified in Asset Management and Hotel Real Estate Investments


Mr Mudaliar, is a career hospitality executive with 15 years’ industry experience. With a strong understanding of brand confidence, business franchise models and outstanding results in sales and business development, he is a strong and confident asset management and business acquisition specialist. His vast network of relationships has supported his expertise to increase his clients’ business portfolios with highly profitable acquisitions, mergers and ensuring corporate compliance.

Chief Financial Officer:
Jessie Tao

Bachelor of Commerce, CPA


Ms Tao has over 10 years’ experience with international Big 4 accounting firms, including work in China, Hong Kong and Australia. Ms Tao brings a trustful understanding of the business environment between China and Australia, along with her extensive experience in the field of external audit across a wide range of industries as well as general tax advisory and accounting services. Clients regularly seek her expertise in management, external reporting, financial analysis, and tax and regulatory compliance.

Company Secretary:
Indira Naidu

Bachelor of Arts Degree in Accounting and Financial Management, CA, MAICD.


Ms Naidu has over 16 years experience in audit and assurance, risk management, financial reporting, corporate governance and internal audit within retail, manufacturing and not-for-profit sectors. Her expertise has been gained through auditing and corporate advisory services to multinational and Australian listed entities. She also holds the position of Finance Manager & Company Secretary in a entity with dual listing on ASX and NASDAQ. She has expertise in Publicly Listed Entity Reporting and Statutory Reporting. Ms Naidu is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (CA ANZ) and Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD).
